About Our Services
Atrop Transformation Services provides transition coaching under the Rumit Kanakia brand, including but not limited to First Flight, Way Back Home, The Long Game, Living with Intention, and Finding Ikigai. Coaching is a collaborative process aimed at supporting personal growth, clarity, and decision-making.
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Coaching outcomes depend on your own effort, circumstances, and choices. We do not guarantee specific results from participation in any coaching program.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information during enquiries and sessions
Attend scheduled sessions on time, or reschedule per our cancellation policy
Take responsibility for decisions made as a result of coaching conversations
Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
Discovery calls are booked through Calendly and require completing a short questionnaire. Paid session bookings, payments, and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy below.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, and illustrations, is the property of Atrop Transformation Services and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Atrop Transformation Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or participation in coaching services.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Discovery Calls
Discovery calls are free and booked through Calendly. No payment is required, and no refund applies since no fee is charged.
Session Bookings
Paid coaching sessions with Atrop Transformation Services are booked in advance through Calendly. Payment is required to confirm a session or package.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session by giving at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled time, at no additional cost. Requests made after this window may be treated as a missed session.
Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
Packages
For multi-session packages:
Unused sessions may be rescheduled within [X months] of purchase.
Refunds for unused sessions in a package are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Our Right to Reschedule
If Atrop Transformation Services needs to reschedule a session, we will offer an alternative time at no extra cost, or a full refund/credit if no suitable time is available.
How to Request a Refund or Reschedule
Contact us at hello@rumitkanakia.com as early as possible with your booking details.
