Almost everyone takes this decision seriously. People turn it over for years. What tends to stay vague is the exchange underneath it: what specifically gets given up, what specifically gets gained, and what each of those is genuinely worth in your own accounting, as against the value you think you are supposed to place on it.
This tool puts that exchange in one place. One question about what you hold now, then six areas of a life: work, money, family, children, the texture of an ordinary day, and your status. For each one you say which way the trade runs. Then you pick the three that would actually decide it, which is the part most people never do.
There is no score and no verdict at the end. Nothing here can tell you whether to move, and any tool that claims it can is selling you something. What comes out is your own trade, laid out where you can look at it.
